Have you looked at the behavior of chimps? Humans are like that but worse.

People talk about things like snakes, spiders, and rats scaring them. Those things are nothing. If people want to see real monsters, look in the mirror.

Even when faced with this reality, humans deny it blaming it on others.

No one forced Eve to take the fruit. No one forced Adam to take it from Eve. It was free will. They chose their fates, just as many other humans have. Their banishment, their mortality was their choice.

We are not evil, we are omnivore predators, our behaviour is very normal and standard in nature, the only difference is that we are smart so we make weapons to fight.

The carnal nature is meant to be overcome, not embraced! Assume for a second that nature is not "perfect". It isn't perfect! It's utter chaos. Why does the fly deserve to land in the spiders web, or why does the gazelle belong in the cheetahs fangs? Does the fact that wasps hunt spiders mean that the spider hunting the fly is justified? Does the simplicity of natural systems delimit humans on the fronts of philosophy? Then why delimit yourself to natures systems if you can comprehend, remember, and envision better ways! Are you nothing more than an animal by being a hunter? True enough, you are acting like an animal. That should be an insult to your actual being, so why why applaud it as if it was a virtue.

Simple conditioning, and media mogul corporate policy maybe?

Why do corporations act like barbarians? They are strong, powerful, warlike, and invulnerable. Individual men and women created the monster, and it's wild frontier is our freedoms and personal wealth. They want to conquer, and disdain the society they live on the fringes of. They hate te law and order they leave behind, disdaining them, and their conquered victims.

So rise above nature, as you are fit and able to do, and be compassionate towards the wilds you see without. Remember that as you face the wilds within, in your own minds and spirits.
