Is there alien life in the Galaxy or the Universe? Of course there is. It may not be as intelligent as we are or it [they] may be quite beyond our understanding and be technically superior to us, but there is definately someone or something out there.

We have not found it or them just yet. Perhaps they have already found us!

Lets be patient because if I were an alien, advanced or not, I would sure as hell not want to come here with all the wars and killing that are going on!

Well said and I agree, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

I would hope alien disclosure would a slap in the face of reality.. and be a lesson to humanity that its not healthy to overly invest your cerebral dome on any ONE set of beliefs, opinions, stories, books and all that... it could all be WRONG, and then you're shocked. Being flat out wrong as wrong gets about a passionate belief is a piss in the cheereos, our egos prefer milk. Besides, being as close minded as society is has got to be mentally limiting, and just might cause retardation of the soul.

Maybe aliens will encourage more people to live life more open minded.. Imagine IF humanity was better equipped to set aside preconceived notions and fairly evaluate reality changing points of view.. based more on their personal experiences.. then incorporate that back into a society? Thought blight like racism gone.. wars over, gone too would the political party leaders & medias ability to urinate on the masses while "officially" calling it "amber rain".

Call it what you want: brainwashing, mental enslavement, effective propaganda.. whatever, if you really think about it.. the elites cozy power sharing arrangement to rule their tax-slaves would be long gone if we as a people were more open minded, like the defeatist mantra: "voting 3rd party independent is a waste".. being that close minded and not even thinking of the logical absurdity, has got to be mentally limiting...and just might cause retardation of the soul.

I say bring on the aliens, I hope they show us all the religions earthlings passionately believe, well.. it started when 2 space dudes named matt & trey were taking an unauthorized vacation on earth and accidentally left a copy of their book behind..

it definably hints of something beyond. Not just the human world itself.

And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Some Christians believe that the resurrection is our fulfillment as a species. After that, Jesus leads us for many eons and death is no more. Then after a very long time with us, he will finally judge us. It is assumed by a few that his time with us is a final chance of redemption. This is not believed by myself or most, but is something plausible.

If you take it literally, the ultimate endpoint of mankind is to rule the whole of the universe. In the ancient times, the stars and space were viewed like a kind of carpet, or surface. Something over us. You would not build a kingdom on the ceiling, but rather on the ground. So it is perplexing when God says:

“And take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship them and serve them, which the Lord your God has given to all the peoples under the whole heaven as a heritage” (Deuteronomy 4:19).

It seems to indicate that we are by nature going to worship those more powerful than us, but our eventuality is to control it all.

There was once a sci fi book, long ago that I forgot the name of. It was about a man traveling from world to world trying to catch up with Jesus, as he traveled world to world, form to form, saving them.

Ultimately, what if the whole universe is believing the same thing, and we just ignore it. What if it is all for God.

That said, intelligence should be common. But human form would be rare, and religion itself rarer. Reason being that in the many forms of intelligences on Earth, ranging from Crow to Dolphin, man to elephant, only one worships things. That is us.

well, if those things in scripture really were alien, it would just mean that most earth faiths are mistaken and are simply misinterpretations of alien visitation. They saw some things and their soothsayers/shamans tried to come up with an explanation to appropriate power for themselves over their people

It grew from that and took on a life of its own like a pandemic.

personlly, I'd like to hear the oldest ET civilization's take on spirituality. I think humans are way, way off

I may seem a bit off topic in places but please be patient.
For a while now i have felt drawn to the bible in many ways and i could`nt understand why.
The thing is i have never been a one to follow faiths religiously due to my own beliefs.
I believe that at the moment (until im shown otherwise) that we were actually either put here, created here by a superior being/beings
I believe that what we call God is infact the interpretation of what they believed years ago, but as time went on humans slipped into their own religions and forgetting the truths. A bit like chinease whispers. I also believe that the different religions have been manipulated by tptb to control everyone and thing on this planet.
Is it possible that we do actually follow the same faiths/religions but as time went by we had simply forgotten?

As for Enoch, well this blows my mind, because the way its described seems to me personally that what im saying is right.
Is God(s) and Angels the name(s) that was given by those years ago to describe what we would come to know today as ET`s. The way they are described to come down from the heavens etc.

I also would like to ask anyone who has a very knowledgeable insight into this to please come forward and explain the 7 Seals, the significance is clear to see, thankyou

how would " inteligent aliens " undermine god ?

not a trick question - i am really curious as to how the existance of an inteligent EBE is going to undermine god - if any one believes it will - please set out why

i am an atheist - but i am adamant that that no scripture used by any major religion on earth actually states :

" earth is the only source of life "

or any similar absolute statement

there are many passages that are INTERPRETED as evidence that there are aliens - but no where is it stated - yes there are , or no there are not

Would hopefully get rid of the notion of a non existent god.
Personally I believe that those that worship an imaginary being
suffer from some form of mental illness,so open contact
with Extraterrestrials would put an end to this lunacy!
All my own opinion of course for the easily offended!

I am a Christian..pretty much a Bible literalist, and have done much deep study...especially love Enoch. Anyway, aliens would not weaken my faith in God, but in fact reinforce it.

The Book of Enoch, Ezekiel, Elijah, some of the other texts...all point in that direction. Further, since God made the vast universe..why not other life forms. I would be willing to believe that they too, have met Jesus...or however you would say it in alienese...lol.

What if Aliens who are superior pretty much re-write the bible, man is not the center of the creation, adam and eve is just a fairy tale, and explain how the universe was really created?

It is highly unlikely they will confirm everything in the bible.

Is this the part where everything in the bible they prove false is "that was just a metaphor though". Also why would God deliberately keep important information such as Aliens hidden or in very vague passages open to interpretation?

bu-but. . .

It should not undermine anything:

1. If a person believes in God, then that person could also believe that God created the whole universe -- including other ET life forms.

2. If an ET comes to Earth and says "there is no God", that should not matter to the God believers because other people here on Earth have been telling them for years that there is no God -- but they still believe anyway. Why would it change if an ET tells them?

The God believers could just say "they have not been enlightened yet -- that's why God sent them here."

It does if you believe in the bible as the word of God.

If what the bible says is undermined, it only follows that religion (Christianity in this case) is too.

Not sure they would undermine intentionally especially if we are undermining them. But to answer your question about the EFFECTS OF THE LAMB I would say this HE IS THE KING OF THIS ENTIRE UNIVERSE, so why wouldnt the POTENTIALS abroad be evaluated and considered as humans are? Also I am almost sure there has been some type of ADVANCED/ENHANCED being present in the POTENTIALS background history also so it shouldnt be too hard to get things to mesh properly for they may not share data of their background with Earth but im sure they the POTENTIALS IF THEY DO EXIST
HAVE ENCOUNTERED A ENHANCED OR ADVANCED VERSION OF THEMSELVES. Their encounter my not be the same diety that we worship, but a chance may exist that this energy form is the same ADVANCED BEING WE ON EARTH ENCOUNTERED AS -JESUS-MUHAMMAD-BUDDAH-KHUL KUL KHAN-LORD KRISHNA-MOSES.

Within the Hindu religion which is one of the oldest known on this planet it is documented that the GOD they worship has the ability to come and go whenever things get OUT OF CONTROLL on EARTH. Many denominations of Hinduism, such as Vaishnavism and Saivism, teach that occasionally, God comes to Earth as a human being to help humans in their struggle toward enlightenment and salvation (moksha). Such an incarnation of God is called an avatar, or avatāra. In some respects, the Hindu concept of avatar is similar to the belief found in Christianity that God came to the earth incarnated in the form of Jesus. However, whereas most Christians believe that God has assumed a human body only once for a specific purpose, Hinduism teaches that there have been multiple avatars throughout history and that there will be more. Thus Lord Krishna, who is not only viewed as an incarnation but also source of all incarnations, says:

Whenever righteousness declines (Yada yada hi dharmasya, glanir bhavati bharata)
And unrighteousness increases, (Abhyuth-thanam adharmasya)
I incarnate myself as a human; (Tadat-manam srijamyaham)
I come into being from age to age (Sambhawami yugay yugay)

So who is to say that the CREATOR (GOD) hasnt visited these other species in there historical past as an AVATAR like being INCARNATING WITHIN WHATEVER SPECIES HE WISHES.....UM JUST SAYEN

I'm pretty sure that It is clearly stated that there are other locations in the universe. It's not that iffy at all. The word This implies those. IE, many.

Also saying the whole whole world is suffering from delusions is essentially self admitting insanity. Its an exclusive statement. Humanity means to be inclusive an admit there's truth in everyone.

Anywho, the very fact that people say aliens are millions of years old, or millions of years ahead of us, is pretty much stating we are more advanced. We are right now some 300-500 years away from being as advanced as the ancients in stargate. Thus if they are that old, or supposedly that advanced, then they are either in cultural and technological stagnation, and thus a dieing people, have no concern for the likes of us, or simply, they are linearly advancing creatures similar to Neanderthals. The fact is that we are advancing extraordinarily fast. And not for back-engineered bull. It's from our own labor. I knew how to build a warp engine by junior year of highschool. We are a very wise race of people and we will ultimately be God-like in advancement within this millennium.

No. It means more revelation has occurred. in 1492, when Americans were discovered, people were like HOLY CRAP how did they get there from the garden of Eden? Seemingly overriding the bible. Somebody basically said chill the hell down. Pointed out that they simply walked, and then some time later it was discovered that there was once a land bridge.

That said, as someone said, God never says we are alone, but he certainly implies there is more than the Earth.

Nothing is overridden.

I don't know if His death would save them also. I imagine they have their own arrangement. Curious to me in the Bible so many references to YOUR God, as if it is narrowing the scope and as if to suggest their are others with their own God.
Aliens might undermine God but then we do also. This is not to say "Our God" is not also their God. They may not know it as we really do not know it for certain, reconstituting fables and faith.

no, they would define god

did it ever occur to anyone that the religious zealots of the world have been right, all along...for scientific reasons?

it's real simple... god[s] = alien[s]

Not sure how it would make any difference at all to be honest. If you truly believe that GOD is the universal creator of all then it would be safe to asume that GOD would have created the alien race as well. Perhaps they have a belief system that is similar or has a deity such as GOD that they believe in as well.

No one would believe them. People are smart enough not to realize that just because you have a ward drive doesn't make you God. Pretty much the whole world would flip them off and go on.

So, I understand the 'if aliens created humans than who created the aliens' argument. My contention, though, is that if there may be and all-encompassing 'creator' - but that's not what we (humans) know as 'god' - I believe that the 'god(s)' of our varying religions are advanced civs.

Whatevs, just MHO.

Religions are often used for why "tptb" don't disclose to the masses. Well, it is a duality and there are positives, however, most of what is working here is not positive. I was asked this question: Would the snakes want the mice to know the snakes where loose in the field?

Also, back to the religious point. Mexico and South America report their ufo sitings and experiencers stories on the news!!!! Their citizens tend to have very open minds about this.
Traditionally they are religious/Christian.

So I'm really tired of the whole religious scenario being tied into discusssions about disclosure.

Basically, advanced ETs are spiritual, not religious. They are very psi and actually meet with interdimensionals, High Councils, archangels (who do not serve God as we know it), and Higher Selves/Guides. They understand more than we do.

We all are the Many In One. The Force, the Love that binds us all together is mysterious, and some call that Mother, or Mother/Father. So its about connecting within to your Source, which is You, your Higher Self.

Any ETs that promote religions are the renegades or controllers here.

I like how you point out ET's are spiritual instead of religious. That is how I approach my life when it involves personal enlightenment. I avoid all organized religions at all costs but on the other hand I'm always searching for spirituality and can't help but pick up some useful tools religion offers from time to time.

I am a strong believer that, after a certain point and certain level of progression within religion, for those it is necessary for, we can evolve past it, above it and not require or need it's riddles and corrupted details as we have obtained the importance of the only true things in that religion, which usually always come down to basic principles and only basic principles.

For me, after too many details become involved that is where religion veers violently in some cases, from the truth or from what I can gleam as making sense and being universally correct. The hard part however, is to find these truths without perspective and tradition maiming them within you, which is why I only allow them to take root within and not sprout into something so big that the branches weigh down the tree.

I'm not sure how it would undermine anything. As a Christian, I believe that God created not just this world but everything that exists in this universe. Who am I to limit God and say that we're the only life there is? Nothing in the Bible eliminates the possibility. There are about 3,000 stars visible to the human eye, millions more through a small telescope and that doesn't even scratch the surface of what's out there. If you can accept that fact, the possibilities seem limitless from there.
