Posts/Thread Disappearing

So probably around an hour or go or so, I posted in a thread in "The Grey Area"
The OP was talking about how a friend was waking up at night choking himself with his one of his own hands, but thinking someone else was possesing him.

I cant find those posts in my post history and I cant find that thread in the forum.

Is there a way to see if it was deleted?
Im wondering because I dont know what rules the thread would of broken to be deleted.
