Apartheid - as we now know, in conjunction with the CIA - delivered some astounding conspiracy material. One thinks of the wiki material of Dr Wouter Basson and Project Coast, or experiments with ecstasy tear-gas.
It reminds me of claims concerning apartheid's Ward 22, and a recent semi-autobiographical book claims patients were locked up with body parts for up to two days:

"They make those medics and gaurds do dreadful things to the patients so that they are kind of part of it. He made me promise not to tell anybody. He told me they put the guys in the mortuary for two days and two nights, with body parts all over the place - people who died on the border, pieces lying open on trays, everywhere, man." ("Moffie" 2006, Van der Merwe, Penstock Publishers: pp. 284-285.)

The doctor in charge of Ward 22 moved to Canada after the fall of apartheid in 1994, and he was recently arrested in Canada on charges of abusing up to 29 patients, seemingly in attempts at gay conversion therapy.

Rioters and ravers across the globe must be livid that the tear-gas never worked out:

When F. W. de Klerk became president in 1990, he ordered the production of the chemicals to be stopped and the lethal agents destroyed. Basson concentrated on non-lethal chemical agents and chemicals the government had not banned. That included a large amount of ecstasy and Mandrax that were apparently exported or allegedly sold to the drug dealers in communities active in the anti-apartheid movement (see Basson brownies). Most of the stockpile disappeared afterwards. Scientists working on the project later stated that they believed it was to be used to create drug-laced tear gas.

But let us first consider the demonic work of Dr Aubrey Levin, and the many young traumatized people he experimented on in the old SADF. Levin famously claimed in the 1960s that SA could repeal all anti-gay laws because he could cure homosexuality with electro-shock therapy.

I've been wondering for a long time how such a criminal who mutilated so many people was allowed into Canada. How strange!
What worries me more is that the latest charges are brought by the Citizen's Commision on Human Rights, which is a Scientologist affiliated organization.
That might mean everything will be dropped, and this "angel of pain" flies free again.

Every time I see sick disgusting stories like these pop up there is Corrupted Intelligence Agency involvement.

That is probably the reason people like this don't get prosecuted.

Gay conversion therapy will turn at least one of its victims into a psycho.

They need to arrest him before some gays find a rope for a necktie.

Just as in this case someone may object to there treatment.

Well, at worst he might get a comfy Canadian prison cell. I'm not sure of the status of Scientology in Canada, but Levin's accusers will doubtlessly be drawn into question.
If they send him back to SA he'll face a really tough sentence (and they better be prepared to use that MDMA tear-gas).
Send him back to SA!
