At least Harrison's not following the standard "Hollywood Airheads" by being anti-war...He's being *specific* with what he says instead of merely
"following the crowd". At least *that* deserves some of my respect.
I've never been against the idea that something has to be done with tyrants like Sodamn Insane...But the Bush Administration is using the war for
inciting public response for revenge instead of justice, trying to attack a soveriegn nation with military force & trample on the Constitutional
Rights granted to American Citizens. He doesn't even listen to his own advisors, he believes himself to be on another "holy crusade" (or he's
"wagging the dog" in order to distract attention away from something even more sinister) & to support the *corporate interests* that backed him in
his bid for the Office.
Look at Bush's track record: Every corporation that he's had a leading hand in has gone bankrupt & the US is swiftly following in that trend. Bush
has even promised more money for social programs in public, but then *take* money away from them that they were already getting at his first
opportunity.
He went AWOL from his military duty & tried to hide that from the background checks until he "assumed" Office.
He started with a "War on Terror", but his policies & tactics not only allowed bin Laden to avoid arrest while he was in an American hospital before
9/11 but then also allowed him to escape when Bush started on his "revenge trip". Then Bush decides to "switch targets" to a soveriegn nation, all
the while degrading our Constitution & allowing no room for debate or argument about his goals & methods.
Sounds to me that America will be in even worse shape than Iraq is right now, if Bush has his way.
