I'm not sure if it is propoganda or not, but then again all that we see on TV here in Australia is quite manipulated.

Here's a video of the taliban on the base and the US withdrawal:

I haven't seen or heard anything about this in the USA, but that doesn't surprise me. I couldn't say whether it was intended as propaganda or not.

not everything is what it appears.
It may be a death trap to the locals.

Leave and then carpet bomb the site
after the Taliban move back in.

It may become their Waterloo

but we'll see

nice find

I say good for them. Maybe they will start to see success in taking their country back from the invaders.

from ur source link

Commanders have repeatedly said that troops were
being pulled out of the valley because it was not seen as
strategically important

he's joking right???
how would an artery with the border that allows
weapons and fighters across the border NOT seen
as strategically important??? Is he MAD???

Plus the fact that they were there in the first place
is reason enough to believe that it was of vital
importance. I think he's full of kaka.

Something seems to be wrong here.
We're not getting the whole story.

That has been posted here already even though the Youtube poster just recently re-posted the video on Youtube. That outpost was abandoned before the troop build up and the latest offensive.

There would definately not be any ammo left there and they could always just JDAM it if he fighters try to use it.

In this era of Orwellian doublespeak, the Army abandoning a base is now seen as a victory.

Yes, every other country in the world has propaganda but your own. Wake up and smell the coffee. You support illegal death squads which invade sovereign states unjustified. Pat yourself on the back.

Yes Yes didn't the video quote the Taliban as saying most of their fighters were Foreigners?

I'd watch that video again.

You may have missed that part.

There was no body there!!! when Taliban arrived... hellooo!!!

Even my dog could do it...my dog would pissed a tree and claim the area for himself!
