so you are saying that if it is a sky light that the OP has a light globe in the floor?
because if the skylight was in the roof, shouldn't the lighting also be in the ceiling which happen to shine down and not up?

All I am saying is that people should look at all aspects and not just jump to the first conclusion, I guarantee that many who read the first response of it being a light reflection thought that was a good enough explenation without even taking a sky light possibility into consideration or even thought of a skylight to begin with.

There was no light on...so it,s not a reflection from a bulb etc...
i just grabbed the camera and took the shot...no i did,nt see anything until isaw the pic .

the pic was taken..from my doorstep..i was not behind a window..
