Hmm ok.. the link doesn't specify whether it is K1 or K2 in the oil.. just "K" ...or how much it contains for that matter! I'm not sure they even
have a conclusive RDI for K2 anyways.
I know Natto (fermented soy beans) has a crazy amount of K2. I ate that daily for several weeks and could absolutely feel a difference, but to be
honest, the stuff is vile so i couldn't keep it up
