Some might think that controlling the weather sounds a bit like science fiction.
But military pilot Alexander Akimenkov doesn't think so.
I don't think there will be good results - dry substances are not able to have any noticeable reaction with ice particles

He has seeded clouds over Moscow on important state holidays for many years. He says the Russians use two different methods to try to drive the rain away.
"Either there's a special machine that spits out silver iodide, dry ice or cement into the clouds, or a hatch opens and a guy with a shovel seeds the clouds manually," he explains.
"As soon as the chemicals touch the cloud, a hole appears.
Here's a timelapse video from the AccuCam. First you can see the shadow from one of the contrails fading at left. Then about 20 seconds in you see the hole-punch cloud form as the trail falls onto the cloud deck.
Chemical Name: Silver iodide (99.9%-Ag)
Product Number: 93-4714
CAS Registry Number: 7783-96-2
SECTION 11: Toxicological Information
RTECS Data: Bacteria-Salmonella typhimurium; Mutation in microorganisms
Minneapolis, Minn. (PRWEB) March 22, 2010 -- A recent Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspection of Basic Food Flavors Inc. found that the Las Vegas-based food ingredient maker continued to ship product after its facility tested positive for Salmonella, a potentially deadly bacterium.
Pritzker said the food safety community and families who lost loved ones in last year's peanut-driven Salmonella Typhimurium outbreak are still angry over the lack of criminal prosecution in that case. More than 700 people across the country were sickened and nine people died in the peanut Salmonella outbreak, according to the final CDC report.

CONtrary to the statements made by the weather "experts" all over the internet, spreading disinfo, hole punch clouds are not natural.
Chemicals worldwide are being used to modify the weather. Chemicals include Silver Iodide, Carbon Dioxide (dry ice), Cement (calcium oxide, silicon, aluminum oxide and iron oxide), potassium perchlorite, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, etc.
How is weather modification (cloud seeding) over America constitutional. It was Ron Paul who said the government (or anyone else) has the right to pollute other peoples land. Where does the fall-out from cloud seeding land. Who knows? It can stay in the atmosphere for months before it forms into a raindrop and falls to earth. Then, it is in our water system.
