Russian Cloud Seeder Explains How Hole Punch Clouds Form

CONtrary to the statements made by the weather "experts" all over the internet, spreading disinfo, hole punch clouds are not natural.

Some might think that controlling the weather sounds a bit like science fiction.

But military pilot Alexander Akimenkov doesn't think so.

He has seeded clouds over Moscow on important state holidays for many years. He says the Russians use two different methods to try to drive the rain away.

"Either there's a special machine that spits out silver iodide, dry ice or cement into the clouds, or a hatch opens and a guy with a shovel seeds the clouds manually," he explains.

"As soon as the chemicals touch the cloud, a hole appears.

Now, this confirms Meteorologists Jesse Ferrell excellent blog about how hole punch clouds form.

Here's a timelapse video from the AccuCam. First you can see the shadow from one of the contrails fading at left. Then about 20 seconds in you see the hole-punch cloud form as the trail falls onto the cloud deck.

How is weather modification (cloud seeding) over America constitutional. It was Ron Paul who said the government (or anyone else) has the right to pollute other peoples land. Where does the fall-out from cloud seeding land. Who knows? It can stay in the atmosphere for months before it forms into a raindrop and falls to earth. Then, it is in our water system.

Time is short. I hope to wake up as many as I can. Build a greenhouse. Vegetables are sucking up these chemicals through the waters. That is why we are getting Salmonella from vegetables.

Well, natural in the same way contrail cirrus is natural ..... it's generally accepted that fallstreaks, or hole punch clouds, are often caused by aircraft. There's a good article on them here

(What Alexander Akimenkov describes obviously takes place at much lower altitudes - and in less cold temperatures - above rain bearing clouds - though the principle of what happens is not dissimilar.)

Not sure about all those chemicals, but weather modification has been going on since at least the 1940s. Thought everyone knew that?

Well that's for you to take up with your congressman or whatever. But cloud seeding is big business in the USA, and has been for a long time - the Weather Modification Association dates back to 1950.

Then again, how is banning cloud seeding constitutional? Would you bdeny the right of a farmer to prevent hail damage or a ski resort to ensure a decent snow fall?

Personally I don't agree with it and think a lot more should be done to study the (unintended) consequences. But I'm lucky in that none of this happens in the UK.
