Favorite Song Performed Live.

There's a lot of threads for different music (80's, 90's, Covers, Metal, etc.). But I haven't seen one for song that are performed live.

There are so many but this is one of my favorite. This guy Eddie Van always amazed me with Eruption and anything else he did.

Funny, he slings about four picks to the audience in the middle of his solo.

It's a little hard to find, but I love Elvis Costello playing "Radio, Radio" on Saturday Night Live. I can't embed it, but here's a link: Radio, Radio. He wasn't supposed to sing that particular song and even starts off with another. You can tell how agitated he is and when they go into "Radio, Radio" it's just a little faster than it should be and played/sung with some intensity. He was banned from the show for awhile because of it.

The movie "The Last Waltz" is my favorite concert film and here's a sweet version of "The Weight" from it:

Also, all Pogues songs are better live when sung by MacGowan when he's had a few in him. I can't find the version I especially like, but this'll do:
