Unprovoked Cops Viciously Beat Student Then Charge Him With Assult

infowars.net

Charges against a Maryland student were dropped yesterday after video was released showing three unprovoked police officers violently beating him to the ground with batons following a basketball game last month.

As the video reveals, John McKenna, 21, was celebrating a Maryland basketball victory on the evening of March 3rd.

As the student walks down the street close to the university's College Park campus, he is seen waving his arms and dancing jovially. He then slows, stops and backs away upon seeing several horse mounted police ahead of him.

McKenna is then set upon and viciously

This just makes me mad. I am disgusted at these jack boot thugs. These are the kinds of people that are supposed to "Serve and protect" us? ya sure. Now do not get me wrong. I am not agents the police I am agents steroid head thugs running around bashing kids heads in.

don't you just love how the officers are only fired? but if he had actually attacked them, they would have beat him more, and then jailed him for a long time for attemtped murder. crazyness.

the only way i can see getting around such eventualities is creating a police force based on disipline and a code of honor.

Hm, I am 50/50 on this one.
Riot geared police do not just jump out of manholes at a moments notice, they have to be called in, equipped, and transported to the site. That means there was already some type of rioting going on pre-video. Cops tend to get all adrenalined up when they get to put on their cool police state riot gear, and they tend to treat everyone in the entire area as though they are a criminal simply via location. So again, 50/50, there was obviously a riot that this person was around during, but I agree that the cops tend to be overly aggressive in those situations.

Anyway, I think the cops are definately in the wrong. The student didn't do anything to deserve that. He was just standing there and they beat him down like a dog.

It's seeing things like this that just pisses me off and makes the common public fear and resent the police. I'm all for making it mandatory for all police to wear some sort of camera that records what they're seeing. It will help keep them honest.

Now that's an excellent idea. They should make those helmet cams standard for all cops. No wiggle room. Good find!

NAZI storm trooper wannabes.

When police & military are blindly heroized your society is headed down the road to ruin & collapse.

They are the forces of parasitism rather than creative productivity.

I saw this vid yesterday..disgusted, but even more-so at the fact the cops had to lie and invent charges to cover their asses.
These guys give good cops a bad name. They aren't all like that.
It's almost as if their is not only a holier than thou state of mind...but somewhat of a gang mentality as well.

man those cops were viscous brutal! they charged him like they meant business! too bad the other people in the area didnt gang up on the cops and use thier beatintg sticks on them, see how they like it. sick, grave sickening sick too see such unprofessional gangster thug cop activitys. i wonder if it was racist orientated?
It appears the 2 guys were having a good time, the one iwth white pants stopped and loked at them like WTF is goin on..i dont belive he invoked the police. I think it was a case of police adrenaline rush uncontrolled* if anything...
so they jsut got fired? thats it? many times in court...the judges side with the officers,,another reason i despise jury duty, and would tell the panel why i dont like being thier...the lawyers are all a gimmick to convince the other side thier case, same with the other lawyer, and if yuor in court defending against a state trooper or cop, its common the judge will wash hands with the cops or troopers,...justice is blind*
I cannot make a conviction based on lies coming from the lawmakers and badges patroling the streets. i hope he sues the living CEO funds out of the city....

That was a clear case of assault and should be treated as such by the courts.
Anyone attacking a police officer with a weapon would be jailed, and so it should be in this case too. The officers who attacked this student should all be in jail, not just fired.

No doubt, in the eyes of others in the force, their only crime was getting caught acting this way.

Police officers these days - no ethics, no honour, no morals!

Ah but in most cases, the police manage to wiggle their way out of being charged with assault. Same thing happened with PC Smiley or what ever name is, he assaulted a woman during the G20 meeting in London, he was cleared in court, and reinstated, there is justice for you not.

Also the police will always try to manipulate the evidence, they have always done this. And nothing will change it. Until there is evidence shown that they were the assaulters and not the victims.
