How weird. When I posted this it stated that the earthquake was in Tibet.
"The quake was centered 152 miles north northwest of Qamdo in Tibet and had a depth of 20.5 miles, it said."
Now if you click on the link it says:
The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude 6.9 earthquake has struck China's western Qinghai province.
The USGS reported on its Web site that the epicenter of the temblor was located 235 miles south-southeast of Golmud, a large city in Qinghai, at a
depth of 29 miles.
