Mountain bike question

I just bought a 1500 Norco frame, and i have no idea how to get the right handle bars. Would any handle bars work? (from any brand of bike)

Any brand will work but not any diameter. Most bikes are a hodge podge of different brands. Does the frame have a fork and a stem? If it has a stem, you need to get a set of bars that are the proper diameter to fit it.

I didn't look up your frame but intended use is an important consideration too. You don't want to get a lightweight set of cross country racing bars if you're going to be hucking the thing off of cliffs.

Best thing to do is go to a local bike shop and talk to them. Bike people are a helpful lot and they will be happy to steer you in the right direction.
