Talking Parrots Are Devolved Humans!

I just wanted to share these amazing facts that I ran across. This amazing foundation is dedicated to scientific spiritual research. There is actually a lot of interesting stuff to read, at least until you come across this article and never return to the website again.

Holy crap. That was a serious link. Wow. After leaving imans thread and coming here and reading that, I am starting to think I stepped into the twilight zone or something.

Us Southerners know all about that. (Southern Australians, that is.) Why, just this morning I was woken up by a reincarnated chainsaw. Yep, right across the road, in Sherbrooke State Forest, (or The Bush, as we refer to any place with trees still standing,) the ex chainsaw was performing its early morning mating song.



I wish those tree-fellers would start taking their tools home with them after they've log-lopped another stretch of verdant forest into a desolate desert of death, instead of leaving their partners-in-crime to silently choke on lingering petrol fumes until they reincarnate as the buzz-saws of the bush.

are they actually doing spiritual research, or are they just pulling it out of there ass like most religious stuff.

Also further reading on that site I found out what really causes addiction. I guess its only 2% psychological and 2% physical, the rest being spiritual at 96%. I guess chemical imbalance has nothing to do with it, just a simple entity possessing you is all.

I'd like to see more about that parrot with the 1000 word vocabulary. I don't care about this groups ideas about past lives, or whatever. I'm interested in the science behind animals with high intelligences and language capabilities - signs of sentience.

I know African Grays are highly intelligent with pretty advance linguistics abilities. A friend of a friend had one which she apparently taught to say, "where are you going?" whenever she was leaving the apartment. Just a cute little trick. However, one day when she got home from work, the parrot asked her, "where have you been?" She never taught the bird to say that, it just figured out for itself the meanings of the words and actually asked her the question one day when she got home.

Yup. This was valuable info because I thought I was physically addicted to cigarettes. Little did I know it was my dead uncle forcing his own addiction onto me from the ether world.
