So i made a post the other week about weird things and feelings i had been having when sleeping.. but this weekend tops them all... So yesterday i was in bed thinking about whatever, sleeping beside my friend who was tossing around trying to get to sleep, I had was just laying there thinking and listening to the city outside the window and whatever right? well while my eyes were closed I wasnt thinking of anything but all of a sudden had a completely clear vision, I felt like iw as still laying and everything but i had a complete clear vision which was weird, the vision was on an empty road, no people were around or anything and i was looking at my dad but he was a bit older and he was buying something on the side of the road from a very pretty japanese woman i dont know what she was selling but it was like a lemonade stand kinda setup thing. i could focus on them clearly and also look around the scene, i decided i had to notice everything i could because all i could think about was how weird this was because i could still feel myself in my bed laying down,, when i thought that the japanese lady (the same one who was in the other dream where she told me i would be leaving earth in june, i'll link that post in the bottom) and my dad smiled at eachother,, in the background was the sun setting behign some big black storm clouds, it was very pretty and then all of a sudden it kinda just faded into black. and i realised i was looking at the wall and i was complete dumfounded... i didnt know what to think and i just thought how special and new that felt.. i turned over in my bed and then dosed off again but i was in sleep paralysis, i couldnt wake up even as hard as i wanted to,, i could half open my eyes but not all the way and i felt the usual stuck feeling, but during this sleep paralysis it felt a bit different, i was stuck and couldnt wake up but it felt like my body was lifting upand being placed back down on the bed,, and then beign lifted up again and placed back down,, it was a nice feeling but it felt like something was tryign to take me or was taking me somewhere and putting me somewhere, not like the feeling u have when you are falling but just a lifting feeling.. it was weird,,, i continued that night to have very lucid vivid dream where i knew i was in a dream and the more i looked at the objects in my dream the more they changed even tho they appeared to be the same thing... sorry i'm going off on i dont know what but i always feel compelled to share these kinds of experiences on here,, i been having all these new feeling and sensations.. its crazy...

here is my other post about my other recent feelings that i mentioned earlier.

Maybe your "weird feelings" caused it. Emotions can have a big impact on the way our minds work, even if we don't notice it. Sleep paralysis can be an unnerving experience and it affects everyone differently and you accurately described some average experiences . Sometimes it is caused by an unnatural sleep cycle.

You are a medium.Clairvoyance is what you experienced, can be used for remote viewing, some psychic stuff tho normally very symbolic, and also for reuniting loved ones with those that have passed.
All mediums are psychic, but not all psychics are mediums.

It almost sounds to me like an anxiety attack.

I get them all the time.

I agree (if you get it all the time you should get help for that)
I've experienced an anxiety attack and sleep paralysis and it sounds exactly like that.

I remember when i was about 5 or 6 years old i used to sleep between my parents because of the dark, and i could sleep sometomes and i would just stare on the crown molding of the door. And while staring i would see like these eyes staring at me, and everyday i heard this garbage truck coming, and i knew i was in trouble. I fall asleep and then right before i wake up in the middle of the night, it was like i was falling from the celing into my body, and then waking up. Maybe thats why i am afraid of heights.

First off it seems like a very lucid dream, almost a vision in a sense. I have had those, it is a very neat experience.

The second one sounds like an OBE or astral projection... If it wasn an anxiety attack, you would know it. I have had dreams that give me anxiety attacks.

I've had sleep paralysis throughout my life, but more so when I was younger. It has nothing to do with panic attack being the cause of them, but you could end up having a panic attack after experiencing it because it can be terrifying. Sometimes when it happens to me I dream completely in sound but am aware that I am lying in bed and do not dream in images. So I can hear people and things happening. Most of the time I dream in images though and slip in and out of being aware that I am lying down in bed until I try to fight the paralysis and eventually wake myself up out of it. If you want to get out of the paralysis try thinking about being awake, try forcing yourself to keep moving and fight the urge to fall into full sleep, that works for me, it may work for you...

Don't want to scare you .... but...

I have an Uncle who suffers from narcolepsy...
Google Health Article
you might want to see a doctor about it... this uncle had kind of the same symptoms your talking about... then out of the blue sleep paralysis would just knock him down any time or place... once while he was driving, drove right off the road too... lucky he didnt kill himself or someone else..
