Look, there is only 1 forum with multiple shpereS. The Sci-Tech forum.
The thread with the most replies (teaming masses) is the Seismic Event thread.

I have not the time to brows thru 72 pages to maybe find a clue.

However, "wheres ats" could be answered in the thread title...........world wide seismic event.

worldwide web.......I tried just about every single World Wide Web, Worldwde Web, ATS is on the Worldwde Web, ats is on the worldwide web, etc etc etc...........

Who knows what specific punctuation, and or capitol letters, and or wording is needed.

We could already have the answer, but just because we forgot a period, or forgot to capitolize a letter, we didn't solve it.

Bad news, this clue doesn't lead to a ring just another clue.
FTR now say's he who solves this clue will get a consolation prize.
Well if it lead to a ring directly they wouldn't need one they'd have a RING.

Now let's see... "where is ATS?" Seems simple enough. I think you have been given the answer. All you need to do is review the hints you've received. It's rather obvious, but probably not phrased in a way you expect.
