A lot of these guys have been "exposed" for a long time. Somehow
they keep attracting the gullible and others who are so distraught and
helpless that they still fall for these leaches.
Having said that, it is worth noting that lots and lots of evangelicals
are on the up and up and are very honest and trustworthy. They are
simply trying to teach the word of God, Jesus and are trying to witness
to people who are truly in need of salvation.
And one other thing, these organizations definitely need money as any
church does to keep it running. I don't mind putting money in the offering
plate at the church I belong to, because it is a small church and I know
my pastor is truly in need of money to support a wife and four children.
Plus, the bills have to be paid to operate the church. My Pastor lives in
a small moderate house, drives two old clunkers and dresses like most
of the poor or middle class people that attend. The ones who are raking in
millions and millions and don't pretend otherwise, are the Benny Hinns and
the Jimmy Bakkers. I notice he has a new show on the air now and all he
does is whine about money with another bimbo that he's married to.
It isn't fair at all to put all of the evangelicals in one group. If a person has
any sense at all, and I know that everyone here at ATS is blessed with
abundant knowledge, they won't become trapped by these losers and
leaches that talk nothing but money. Not a word about the Bible or Jesus
or anything to be saved. As I said before, I am a Christian, but I truly enjoy
watching the channels that have the Jewish Rabbi's on. They talk about
the Old Testament and a lot of other things that make a lot more sense than the money grubbers that have big crocodile tears raining down their
faces like a Jimmy Swaggert.
