[RINGS] Idea about "where is ATS"

What is the IP address to the ATS server?

I'm just thinking... because it pops up when you first come to the site at the bottom of the browser... and I'm guessing... that we all see it on occasion, and don't notice. (pops up too fast for me to read it).

Surely ATS is in its members, and the Introduction forum has a blue sphere for its picture, maybe the answer's in there somewhere

does ATS have a mission statement? that might help us out with an idea of the context in which the question "where is ATS" is being asked.

But the clue says sphreres, not sphere.
