Waiting for something, anything to happen is constantly wearing me down... my day in a nutshell goes as follows:
Wake up
Wait while toast cooks, make lunches
I get ready for work way too early so.....
Wait for time to tick by so I can leave
Waiting at traffic lights, waiting in traffic, waiting while I drop my son off, wait again in traffic
When I finally do get to the office I'm waiting for morning tea.. then lunch.. then home time..
Time to leave the office...
Waiting at traffic lights, waiting in traffic, waiting while I pick my son up, wait again in traffic till I get home
Wait for dinner to finish cooking.. wait for time when son goes to bed, wait for time when I go to bed..
Wait for sleep.........
Wake up and do it all again....
Now I am pretty sure I'm not the only person on the planet that goes through this every day but how many others actually notice the amount of time they spend waiting... and what the heck am I waiting for anyway?? Am I waiting for 2010 to come and wipe everything out? Or maybe for the little grey dudes to come and take us away.. I have no idea...
I'm exhausted....
