Well I hope I never run across this fungus in my lifetime. So after reading this I decided to find out where the heck this stuff is located at and found out that it is mostly found in tropical and subtropical climates but has actually appeared in Canada and the US!!! It was found in British Columbia, Canada and Whatcom County, Washington. I wonder how long it will take for it to be in all states.. It was first found in the US in 2007.
