Hi Aim2AttainMindfulness, and welcome to the ATS community. For now, you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive U2U's (messages) to Staff only.
Once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads and additionally send & receive U2U's to and from fellow ATS members.

You can respond to posts. However, you need to make 20 contributing posts in order to start a thread. Very easy to do since ATS has such a plethora of topics.

oh, ok thanks. so what about the forum avatar -- i made one on my profile but it doesnt show up. is that because i am a new member or what? maybe i didnt edit the avatar correctly (im talking about the forum avatar for the boards)
