A little help getting started

Hi,
Bulletproof_monk here.
Just joined last night and read that you have to have 20 posts in order to have full access to posting threads. Just wondering if it meant 20 threads that you would have to post in the intro sect. or if it was 20 posts of comments and threads. Im guessing its the second one, but if anyone could clarify that would help me out.

I have a few ideas for good threads, i just dont want to put them up in the intro sect. so i guess ill try and hurry up and get the 20 posts.
