This is important and worth making a big deal about.
Thread titles usually determine which threads I look at, and I am sure this is the same for most, so the issue is huge. If your title is too innocuous
and you have a valid point to make, a lot of people will miss you. And if your title is too outlandish compared to your content, people will learn to
ignore your work.
But to make this workable, we need a mechanism whereby Mods or Members can alert the OP (I hate that abbreviation, but everyone uses it) that their
title is flaky and give them the chance to change it. This means the U2U alerts have to work flawlessly and that a title can't be cast in concrete as
soon as you save it.
