Thats weird that you mention that.When my cousins daughter was 4, who is 6 now, used to have times when she said she saw a woman walking around in the house. She told her mother that she was very nice and would sometimes hold her hand and take her to her room. My cousin was a little freaked out, but then her daughter said the woman left, (her name was Sara), and hasn't come back since.

There is also IR photography. Infra Red. It costs more, but I have seen some great results. The original poster has a specific area that has activity. Set the camera up to take shots of that area at night when the temps are settled and the light is minimal. The cost of processing is more, but you may get some good results that will make it worth the cost.

I've had my two cats come into the bathroom, the nonlatched door appearing to open by itself, but I think it was always due to the momentum of the door and not any ghost.
