I have noticed while reading threads,there are people(some) commenting,
No,Its a HOAX,
No,Not another one,
No,Its already been discussed 100 times,
No,Use the search function b4 You post a thread.. etc.
These type of comments will tear the motivation of new people to post anything at all.

I have to weigh in on the syntax issue. I find it refreshing that people come here to discuss things using English when it's a second language to them. I can't imagine the difficulty they have with our slang.

It is truly a global community here, and I for one support that! New members from countries other than mine give me insight into my planet, my earth and my environment. I learn quickly it's not mine at all. It's ours!

Sure I will defend my views, but be assured that I appreciate other's views.

I study the social aspect of what happens here and use it in everyday life. The new members here might be just like me. They might have years of lurking, and only months of posting. Beyond that they still have years of experience just from being alive. I need to hear that experience so I better understand!

Yea. This sounds like the way. I am the most inflexible person most of you have ever met, but humans deserve love and respect and an ice-cold bucket of truth thrown in their faces every now and then. It ain't what you say as many times as its how you say it.

Bravo, well said and I could not agree more!

So many times I have seen certain people posting things that really did not need to be posted but is recognised by me as being only a vehicle to massage a digital ego while the egotists assume they are being the ultimate cyber stand-up comedian rather than the disrespectful and toe curling bully that everyone else knows them to be.

I am all for light humour and posts that bringing out a chuckle but never at the expense of someone else's feelings or a subject that is of importance to the thread author or they would not have posted in the first place (generally).

Happily some warnings to those I recognise as the less savoury and considerate of the ATS crowd have been dished out recently and I am very happy with that because that indicates that the mods are also noticing the very same people so it is all win - win for the rest of us who follow the rules and respect each other’s point of view.

One of the most annoying phrases that raise my hackles by the way is, "Man, this has been done here too many times." It is interesting therefore that you hit the nail squarely on the head by mentioning this phrase.

It is never a good thing to witness such ego laden so-called words of advice from the self professed champions of truth honour and the ATS way (and other asinine stuff) which is why nine times out of ten if I see someone slating another under the pretext of fun and good humour or whatever else they wish to wrap up their attack in I tend to hit the alert button and move on because one thing I learned in other forums is that flames feed on flames and in the end no one wins and all combatants simply end up looking ridiculous.

Much better to alert and move on!

In my opinion fun, advice and acting like a champion of truth or anything else that that belittles others because they do not agree with the subject is juvenile and is best left to a multiplayer games forum rather than a forum one where everyone is looking for serious answers to serious questions on a subject that is very rarely posted out of humour.

I flag this thread gladly in the hope that more people will see it and take note

Okay. Another person that seems human inside. I like the tone of that. I agree and am glad to meet you.

I am writing in this forum as a newbie to ask for forgiveness for being rude on very unflattering views of Jessie Ventura, David Icke and Alex Jones in one of my posts. I do have the upmost respect for Jessie Ventura and David Icke for their courageous dedication in uncovering corruption and making the world a better place to live.
