Sumerian Symbol?

Can someone tell me what they think this symbol is or referring to? It occurs from 1:19 to 1:21 in the video below.

Are you sure thats sumerian, just because its in a video about sumerians doesnt means so especially on utube I think youd better ask the maker of the video where the clip came from, Im not aware of those stylized type crosses arising that early in history but then again I feel sumerians still arent getting any where near enough credit.
