classifiction of civilizations

I was thinking of the classification of civilizations. I would say that 5 is way too little. A level 6 civilization would not only control their universe, but also their universe in different dimensions. A level 7 would control their universe in all dimensions. A level 8 would control all that seven dose as well as multiple fractals. A level 9 would be multiple fractals and all dimensions. Level 10 would be all fractals and all dimensions or oneness with god.
