Anyone play the lotto? Which games do you play? Ever won anything?

I started back playing the lotto after a very long while of not playing and just won $3 bucks for a first effort after a very long while. And it was on my b-day I won for this recent first return at playing. I'm playing the game called mega millions only, and I'm playing easy pick only. I won $1 one other time a long time ago.

Started a small service based business (tarot reader) but it aint paying off one bit. These days it takes either talent or luck to be self-made rich. And I don't have any talent unless we're talking criminality which aint got nothing to do with gaining money. Yes, some crimes aint about money. Like they say, not everything is about money. lol. Oh, and I also am trying to sell my own great 60 minute audiobook. Started trying to sell it this week. U2U me for further detail on the audiobook. It's a pretty damn good audiobook covering many big topics.

First thing I'll get if I win big is a 3 car garage/5 bed room house with 2 veranda/patio (by Lennar) somewhere in Vegas and then a truck (molten orange 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor). I plan on turning the guest rooms in my home into like a cheap motel just to help people out. Maybe even hire a bum to run errons for me and be my personal soldier like a body guard or mercenary and all that stuff being a soldier for me calls for.

I live in the UK.

I ocassioanlly play the Euro Millions. I once won £15, which is certainly better than nothing.

I do it online and they send you an email if you've won anything. The don't tell you exactly how much untill you check the site. So when i got an email saying they had exciting news i was getting excited thinking i'd won millions. Turned out it was £15, but still better than nothing.

That was a while back though and i haven't done it since.

I buy a LottoMax for $5.00 once in a while, the top prize can be 50 million.

I never win. :shk:

About 20 years ago I bought a 6/49 ticket that won a bit over $1,000.00, but other than that the best that came my way was on scratch & win tickets that got me 10 or 20 dollars, or a free ticket.

I've put more in than I ever got out.
Most Canadians refer to the lottery as a voluntary tax, or a tax on the stupid.

i started playing lottery when it first came out....i had just turn 18...im 42 now....i have played a set of similar numbers on a regular basis plus quick pick etc....

i play on a regular basis over the years i would say i have put over $20,000 in it....if you add up my $5.00 at a time ticket times twice a week. Not too mention my scratch offs and state tickets that i play as well.

the most i have won is about $1,200.00 in the state of fl....and $500.00 in the state of WV....nothing in the state i have been in now....

from time to time i do get my money back....like if i play $5.00 i may win $7.00.....etc.....

but without a doubt i have not won anything close to what i have put in it.

edit for spelling

When the HotPicks were in play...I won £40 on my first go. And that was pretty much it. Lottery is a rip-off.

I buy Kino and Loto here. A ticket usually cost around 1 pound, or 2 dollars, and the max I've won is 4 dollars.
But I don't lose my hopes! and I'll be keep playing till i won some good millions to move out from Chile. Woohoo!

My wife's late Grandmother once won £75,000, she was also
a hundred years old on 9-11. and a friend of mine won
£1.5 million around three years ago.

But I still haven't had any new dresses from him!

Money brings you a lot of problems and a lot of
changes... don't worship the golden calf.

If I ever won big I would first make sure my immediate family was set, (half of my winnings would be divided up amongst them.) I would make sure that my son was either with me, or wouldn't have to worry about a thing till he turned 21.

After that, I think I would get a simple house, a decent car, and pretty much spend my days learning.
