ATS Media Portal Login Problem?

I was wandering around my member area and i clicked the ATS media center, it asks me for a name and password and you hit enter.

I am assuming its the same name and pw as ATS but it seems not to work it keeps coming up as enter name and login, so I tried to add a crap pw and it states wrong pw. so the media area reads that the pw is right/wrong, but dont direct me back to the main page..

Is there any help I can get about this.

Hi use your username 'ThichHeaded' and the password your received when you first Join Above Top Secret. The one sent to you in an email

If that fails ask a Super Moderator or Site Administrator to change it for you. I am sure they can help.

I have been trying to open the ATS handbook and it always tells me that the link is broken is there somewhere else I should try? Also how do I use the Chat feature it always tells me that my username does not exist when I try and log on? Any info would be great, thanks!

You see how long ago i registered?

I dont remember the pw i used cause I change it once a yr or something..

Thanks though.. and no I dont remember the pw.. I will see if it will send me one.

I got it sorted out thanks though..

I thought the name and pw was universal from ATS to the media area like it is on ATS, BTS, and old PTS..

This issue will be resolved with the new site design coming in April. S.O. has been up to his neck in code for the past several weeks doing a complete overhaul/update/redesign of all the legacy code.

The new version will much more efficient, intuitive and passwords will, at long last, be completely "universal" (yay!).

Just got caught by this too. Tried to upload a new avatar by posting an address from photobucket (but it said i had to use media portal) , went to media portal, couldnt log in and presumed i must have a different password so asked it to reset it....but i havnt got a reply to my email.....

Now i am without avatar :-(

I feel invisable

Obviously......now it's working again (email took a while to arrive)
