Hi, this is my ATS introduction

I've lurked here for a long time but this is my first time posting. I enjoy the site very much and have really learned a lot by reading ATS. Since a young age, I have had an interest in the paranormal and unexplained; mainly UFO's, but really all manner of supernatural phenomenon: telepathy, ghosts, precognition, etc.

I am also very interested in ancient mysteries such as the pyramids and Mayan civilization. I believe that there is so much more to reality then what the average person is aware of. Of course, I keep these beliefs to myself in my daily life. That is why I am so glad to have a place like ATS. Where tolerant, open-minded people can gather and share information.

Well, I guess that's about it. I am working on completing my first 20 posts and then I will be able to start new threads. For one thing I have a UFO video that I would like to share. I would also like to share some fiction in the Member Short Stories forum.

Hi SpectrumX, and welcome to ATS. For now you can only reply to any threads in any forums you wish. Once you have reached 20 posts you will be able to start your own threads, you also will be able to send & receive U2U's (messages) to and from the membership. For now your U2U capability is limited to staff only.

Of course, I would never try to pass something off that wasn't true. That's why I said it was fiction (short stories)...and the UFO video isn't mine, it's unseen footage of the O'Hare incident by a local TV station.

Oh, I see...thick skin is needed. OK, LOL.

I hope that's British humour you'v got the SpectrumX else you'd best upload that footage to YouTube maintenant in preparation for your 21st post where you start a thread documenting it.

The airport story is considered one of the better ones.

Well, it isn't mind blowing but it's pretty darn interesting and something that I've never seen posted here. It's unedited footage of a local anchorman discussing the case with a reporter and some of the things he says are shocking.

He then goes on air with a "sanitized" version of events. Some of you may have seen it already, but I think it's actually pretty hard to find.

Yeah I've seen it - and it is quite interesting. Makes you wonder why it found its way out of the studio and onto the net if there was nothing to it.

I'm pretty sure it's about time for another airport thread anyways - it's been at least 8 months. .
