I always view times of difficulty as tests to further perceptive progress. Being sick is not "fun," obviously, but many times we can use it to make
ourselves that much stronger, wiser, and motivated. This is a theme..
personally, i use meditation specifically like i do physical exercise, though the experience is a bit different
while i may exercise physically,
the results are carried along with this body through the cycles, regardless of if we (our thought process/mind) are aware of it.
Some part of
us is "aware" that these things are changing, muscles growing, though perhaps not our mind itself. I see this rings true with meditation as well.
It is in allowing these "new" perspectives to be added, continuously, that we grow. It is becoming increasingly aware of every step, every breath,
and every sickness, continuously. as that is how this all works, continuously.. this one has used meditation as an exercise, of sorts, to be able to
do such things outside of the bounds of a "special" time and place to experience them. just as i would exercise to be better able to do other
things, not necessarily to be able to
exercise "better." My muscles have grown, but i also have to make
movement with them to take
use of what is gained within the exercise of meditation. "application" of concepts is always where it gets tricky though, in pretty much everything
Its all in training the mind in different ways than the stop-gap type experience that we are all so familiar with.
so, when someone states they "can not" meditate, i like to respond with "are you still breathing?"

This is a great resource for all things "symbol." While it may not give ya exactly what you are
looking for, it is nevertheless, a very fun tool
such described uneasiness is never pleasant, but almost always has a reason. 99.9999999999999999999% of the time (approximately
) we are
completely mistaken on what that reason is, and what the "lesson learned" is supposed to teach. What causes this uneasiness individually, and what
can be done, on an individual movement scale, to "change" or alleviate it? If you know the answer, then you know what to do. If one does not know,
then it is usually best to start moving in
other directions and worrying less about things that
are not currently comprehended, understood, or even realized in our current perspective. i do believe there is a fairly famous saying about the very
topic
things are going exactly as they should.
