UFO Brasil - Brasilia 26/02/2010

No words to express how or what i'm feeling right now...
English is not my primary language, and i'm still "too excited" to write all i want to write...

It was +- 18:40, all "light's goes out in my neighborhood (heard it was because a car accident close to my house), so me, my girlfriend and my mom goes to my house yard, waiting for the lights to come back...
From my yard, everyday I can see a lot of planes...either "coming out" or approaching from the airport. Somedays, when the air traffic is heavy, I can see a lot of planes flying in circles.
Today, +- 18: 45, i saw a strange light flying in a very unusual pattern, in the same direction as the planes approaching the local airport. (I saw it for +- 20 seconds)
First, only I saw the strange light. It was just like a star in the sky, with a very distinct blue color. Sometimes it "flashes" to a way more "bright" green color. It was doing very strange movements. NO (know) plane can flight like this "star" was flying.
Some minutes later, it appeared again. This time my girlfriend saw it too. (+- 10 seconds)
Minutes later, it appeared again, now I, my GF and my mom can see the strange light.
Now, the most "creep" thing. It appeared again, doing more strange moves (we saw it for +- 1 minute)...by this time, theres 2 planes flying "just above my house"...The strange light is in the "same way" (direction) as the planes approaching the airport, then, the 2 planes start to flight in circles. We are all "scaried" to what was happening. I thought "the airport radar located the UFO" and have ordered the planes to flight in circles. Then it disappeared, and minutes later the 2 planes landed.
Minutes later, my brother and his girlfriend arrived to dinner. Then, again, minutes later, the "star" appeared again, for +- 20 seconds, and then we (5) saw the strange light. Then it disappeared and we don't saw anything strange anymore...

All this happens between 18:40 to 17:40.
I have called to a friend of mine who have worked in the airport (Infraero). He called to Infraero, but all information he was able to gatter was that ALL flights was delay.

From this day on, for me, UFO's are REAL.
I really believe more people must saw this strange light we all see. I will search the local news for something about this event.

I really wish my english was better... I don't took any pictures...my girlfriend tried to film the object with his phone...but i don't think the phone was able to capture anything, because the distance...
I know a post like this is worthless without pics or movies...
Tomorrow i will take lots of pics in the daylight to post here...explaining where the object was.
All this happens for +- 1 hour...most of the time the object goes away from or view it was because the house behind my house, not because it vanished...

Well, you said it when you said that this is close to worthless without supporting evidence. Also, I find the convenience of all flights being delayed before you saw this UFO is a bit difficult to believe. Don't get me wrong, if I find evidence of the flight delays and of the object in the sky, I will post them here and will regard it as quite conclusive.

Well, whatever it is you were seeing, it must have been very interesting. As far as proof or anything, well, its not, but hey, toss your story on the mountain of other personal stories...dont expect anything to come from it, but hey...neat story of ? to have.

If there was something unusual going on for +/- one hour in a populated area then there will be more supporting evidence coming out soon.

However, if we don't hear anything else about it then you probably didn't see anything worth a second glance, maybe had a little imagination/excitement thinking your seeing a real UFO and the rest of your story is fleshed out in that light.


But given the tale you weaved here, no I don't think there is anything to this. English not being you language doesn't matter, it smells funny anyway. I am sure you think you saw something worthwhile, thus the excitement, but I just thing you turned something into nothing.....hope I'm wrong.

But the good thing is, as I mentioned, this is over a populated area, so lets see how much supporting evidence comes out. Can you tell us what airport you live near?

That's awesome. It's a bummer that there aren't any pictures or a video. But judging from your post it seems to be an overwhelming experience. From my location I doubt I'll ever see one... UFO reports in Brazil are not something new, though. Hopefully more locals also witnessed it.

Brazil is known to be a hotspot for UFO activity. Bravo on your sighting!

If you pay more attention to the skies, mainly at night, will see more than stars and airplanes... By the way there's an alien underground base into the "Serra do Roncador" in Mato Grosso... Is near of Brasilia, isn't?? Se informe!!

One more thing: Report an UFO sight in a site like that, without pics, is like to invite people to dinner, without food on the table...
