This is the trend that will be seen and it will get worse before it gets better. Though the first problem is to admit that we have a problem, and
that means everyone from the person down on the street up to the President of the United States of America. Now here is the reality of the situation,
the blame lies in 2 parts. The first part is the Federal government, for years spending without checks, for wasting the money away without concern
and being frivelous with the money that they collected. The other part is the public. As it is coming out, many of the people who are losing their
houses, it is turning out that they could not really afford the houses that they bought in the first place. I have seen and heard where a couple
purchases a house, lived in it for less than a year then turned around and sold it only to move into a larger house that was worth more money and way
out of their means. We have spent ourselves into this mess, and now we have to work and work hard to get out of this mess. Hopefully the lesson of
saving up and making sure we can afford the luxury of life will not be lost this time around. Question is how has this affected you personally, are
you saving for tomorrow, even a little bit helps. Myself, when I saw this coming, I started (Though a bit late and yes I am just as guilty of
overspending and living beyond my means) to save and bank as much as I could, cutting out as much as possible to ensure that there is a roof over my
head, food on the table and that the necessities of life are kept up.
