Your last post made me gag. That's hard to do in writing form!
As nixie_nox said, you still need proteins, but you can get them from soybeans.
I would imagine you are going on a raw, not-cooked, diet.
Where fruits and veggies take place of all other items.
Large amounts of greens, use fruits sparingly because of the sugar content, and stick to starches for energy from the carbohydrates.
Potatoes, yes you can eat some potatoes raw. Not all though.
Eat nuts, berries, and honey!
