"Aliens are here" says Queen advisor

I didn't understand that to mean that aliens are here, only that they could be and it could be in a form not comprehensable to the human brain. I completely understand what he is saying and it would make sense that we couldn't make sense of it. Humans have a tendency to believe that our minds are capable of understanding the universe, though the odds of that being true are very small.

On a side note, I wonder if this "advisor" reads ATS, as I just used the same anology (with the dog's brain not being capable of understanding english) in a post several months ago.
