I'm sorry to be the one to say this.

It's a hoax. If you look up "Billy Meyer" in the hoax forums (should be near the top or atleast on the first page) you should find this exact video.

I think one of the funniest things about the Meier case is the fact he used video stills of two gorgeous women from a European Television program and claimed they were Andromedan or Paledian or something. Even at first glance the images of the two women look like the group ABBA.

To be fair, there are plenty of people that still believe Billy Meyers story through and through. There is tons of things discrediting him of course. Read up on him, I imagine he is a good enough place to start for any budding UFOlogist...either to allow for some decent sci-fi, to risk going on the fringe of belief, or at the very least to see how to debunk a story.

Most people have a general understanding of Billy Meyers in this field though...he is a weird blessing to the field, he has brought in plenty of interest to the field, later on most write it off as a hoax, but become interested in other more credible aspects of the field in the meantime.

and again, some people still believe everything he has put out, from spaceship photos that look very much like trashcan lids on a fishing line, to his space time travel photos as shown here.

When you control the ether you control the world.
Controlling Meier was easy.
Not knowing that gravity is a ether form can't be helped by Billy
yet we should know the ether and thus gravity is transformed into
a greater force by electrical activity
Seems no one knows that, not even Billy Meier fans.
