Musical Expression: Above and Beyond All Words

Music expresses feeling and thought, without language; it was below and before speech, and it is above and beyond all words.

You know that feeling of love? That thing you feel in your chest? The butterflies in the stomach?

That is how I feel when I play music.

Can you feel it?

I only wish I could express myself through music. Music can be such an amazing thing. A violin solo brings me to tears. A poppy upbeat song can get me to move around, even clean!

You are so lucky to be able to express yourself through music ^_^.

When I read of all the evil lurking in the world I wonder what kind of people truly make up what is vainly described as "mankind".

Then I stumble on this and think there is hope in the world.



Maybe we need more deaf musical composers to keep us all grounded.

The emotions music can bring out in you are just incredible! it's all I did when I was younger, because it was such an escape mentally, I could drift anywhere and forget everything!

Then comes the time when you start attaching music to certain events/situations and the piece of music for me always carries that emotion afterwards, this has spoilt for me many songs, the attachment I used to love/crave is always a moment away from becoming a bad memory now.

Such a great feeling when a song just grabs you though! I love those moments
