Yes..wierd, huh..unless someone is pranking us..but it is kind of strange..like I said..my screenshots kind of made it lose something.

Have you been doing screen shots?
Maybe its a repeating pattern?
I don't think it's a prank.

Yes, i posted it a few posts back..but I quit after awhile..got tired of it..lol..im not a very patient investigator

Yummy Freelunch, thank you for the post. I ran across one of these ghost web cam sights a couple years back. Maybe the same one. They are fun, but can be quite boring. Hope to see something. Look forward to seeing what other ATS members catch on these too. Make sure to post your finds everyone!!

Anyway, I'm watching it, I see what you mean.

I think after each 10 second shot, it has to refocus.

I think it's just the focus, and it doesn't focus on that, more on the entire room than anything.

If the snap shot is taken every 10 seconds, and it flashes for a second for every shot, then the camera only has a second to focus, and I think it might take longer to focus on that, but not to focus on the entire room, for the shot.

If you get what I meant? These are 1 second stills updated every 10 seconds.

Yea3h, I also kept navigating some of these sites are part of the bbc. I still want to email roge. The bald guy, with big ears.

They need a cam at the old military fort in britain.
But it seems like these locations are changed every once and a while from place to place.
