The Palestinians need to launch a 3rd Infitada.

This one should not be based upon stone throwing and suicide bombing, but on a general strike. Blockade the borders, Palestinians who are Israeli citizens lay down their tools, Hamas recognise Israel and demand real negotiations at the same time as the Infitada.

This will get the International Communites attention. Israel will crackdown on a peaceful protest against this Apartheid, and will then be unmasked as a result and forced to change. In particular America would be forced to change its relationship with Israel.

The Palestinians are being surrounded in the West Bank, i.e. East Jerusalem, Illegal settlements in the West Bank. Israel is attempting to completly dismember the territories so there is nothing left. This is their last option in my opinion.

Yes... Stop rocketing Israel.... Its that simple... Get rid of the hawks on both sides... Stop in other words.. Just stop... Stop being manipulated by a corrupt leadership who condone and celebrate suicide bombings by the people yet wouldnt do it themselves or send their own sons

Stop being manipulated by the media who demonise people like me who cant wait to hug my palastinian friends again..

On both sides normal people are being destroyed for the vanity of a few.. A clean slate is needed.. we all know what that would mean!!

There hasn't been a suicide bombing from the Palestinians for over 5 years. The rocket attacks had basically stopped prior to the Israeli breaking of the ceasefire (Israel did not stick to their end of the agreement, in not lifting the blockade) to launch operation Cast Lead. These are well known FACTS

Hamas is nowhere near perfect, but they control some of the more extreme elements in Gaza and prevent a lot worst attacks being commited in Israel.

My whole point is that, a PEACEFUL PROTEST, by the Palestinian people is what is required to push ISRAEL to start negotiaions on an equal footing with the Palestinians. i.e.- An understanding that Jerusalem should be the capital for both states in any two state soloution, to allow a right to return to the refugees, caused by Israel in 48 and 67.

A peaceful protest such as the one i suggested will get massive media attention and previously massive backers of Israel such as the U.S will be embarrased into pushing Israel towards negotiations.
