Wow. Riots and violence in Vancouver. Destruction of private property. Not at all what I would expect from our usually mild mannered neighbors to the north.

Apparently they are protesting capitalism and 'stolen native land'.

VANCOUVER — Rain postponed downhill skiing on Saturday, but not freestyle protesting.

A march on the eve of Valentine’s Day dubbed the 2010 Heart Attack drew 200 people who, according to one, wanted to “block the arteries of capitalism.” Windows were broken at the Bay store that’s the site of the Olympic Superstore and Canada Olympic House.

More skirmishes happened a block away from the heavily secured Westin Bayshore hotel, where International Olympic Committee members are staying.

Traffic, including city buses and VANOC vehicles, was blocked and re-routed. Protesters splintered into smaller groups and more than 50 people chanting “no Olympics on stolen native land” were surrounded by about 100 Vancouver police officers in riot gear near hotels housing the Slovakian and Japanese Olympic committees.

As a British Columbian, I would say they are protesting the amount of money spent on the games and the lack of money being spent on them, the poor and the homeless.

Yet the problem in Vancouver is that the homeless from all over Canada flock there because of its mild climate so they can survive outdoors in the winter. Therefore making it a draw for all Canada, and a problem that is not easily fixed.

As for the native problem or land stolen from them, as far as I know their culture originally said it belonged to all, and not just them. And all should work in protecting it and all should benefit from its resources....and all should be respected.

Unfortunately the governments of Canada of the past misued and abused the native population and now are bending over backwards to pamper them and produce for them in their guilt. But it seems not to have worked, as they haven;t worked that much. And yet are told they are a nation, even the first nation, and even given the title of dignitaries as if they are government heads. (as in the opening ceremonies)

But the riots do give them their time to showcase their grievances, the police will eventually over react, and then the rioters can have more grievances, and on it goes.

Just my opinion

Yes, I watched this report on CBC news. Unlike American news, they interviewed a legal observer, for the people, who was taking notes carefully.
She said, the only violence that happened occurred at the hands of the police who were brutal. That the thugs, covered in black, wearing hoods, did the vandalism. And guess what, prove they were the protestors, because I believe they were plants like they do at every protest.

She said, the only protestors arrested and brutalized by the police were the peaceful ones who were walking in the middle of the protest crowd, doing nothing to warrant this attack.

I was really pleased at that interview, and watched hooded ninjas commit vanalism.

The Olympic opening ceremony was all illumanti mystery school baboynian and egyptian worship of deities.

It was sickening. Occult symbols formed the words peace---piece/war.

A woman in the moon/Diane/Isis/God essss
Then a HORNED VIOLINIST. If you didn't know who he was, the flying man afterwards should link him to PAN.
The ships and ball of light---RA

It was sickening.

Sorry kiddo. There wasn't any Egyptian or Illuminati there. It was all about a Quebec folk lore of a flying canoe that allowed loggers/hunters/fishermen/fur traders (dependent on region) that is given to them on certain conditions by the devil. French colony with Catholic influence, of course the devil runs the flying canoe service

You can wish all you want that the Olympics are the NWO or the Illuminati, but they aren't. Sorry to shatter that lens you claimed to look through.

A horned anything is Egyptian babolynian illumaniti, and I wathched the opening ceremony with a lot of research into some horned figures in Judiac religions as well.

This was pure bloodline black magic.
