It gets interesting at about a minute into it (the beginning stuff could be just a bunch of balloons).

Keep in mind also that CG could answer for this and every other video out there now adays, so, grain of salt, but for fun, lets suspend disbelief.

I was born and raised in Mexico City. Everyone is highly open minded regarding UFOs. People see them continuously! They show up at an astonishing rate near ancient sites.

Jaime Maussan has single handedly destroyed the credibility of the UFO field in Mexico.

Another thing that must always be considered when evaluating Mexican sightings is the low level of education and poverty which translates directly into many misidentifications/misinterpretations and a lack of trained observers.

I'm not saying that Mexico isn't experiencing the odd bonafide UFO in the sky. I'm sure they do, but from my experience, most of them have been highly questionable or plain rubbish.

That infra red orb is very interesting as it meets some of the more credible criteria in my opinion. That is it shows the departure of the ufo at what seems to be an incredible rate of speed.

The other day time sighting bugs me because it doesn't show any departure. If a ufo showed up like that and just stayed there, why wouldn't the camera man start walking towards it while continuously recording until the thing departs or at least moves off. I hate sightings that don't have continuity.

I think there is some connection between South America in general and ufo's. I think if there are visitors from off world they probably prefer the warmer climate down there. As well there seems to be some evidence connecting the area historically to ufo's and possibly ET's.

yeah who knows what infrared does to lights -- plasma -- lightning balls -- birds, etc. Gilliland says there's "thousands" of ufos seen in Mexico at one time -- that's silly. Some of these might be secret military craft.

Everyone in the UFO field has been said to destroy the credibility of the field. I am indifferent about people saying one person or another has discredited the UFO field because...of whatever reason.

People whom knowingly and purposefully hoax/lie are the only ones whom do that...the rest (even those wacky wilcocks types) either add nothing to it, or increase a bit of awareness. Anyone whom gets turned off of a field because of a few people being wacky wasn't really into researching it to begin with...they came, they got told a story from someone, they realized it wasn't so easy and instead of spending the time to research (now that their answerman no longer was around), they left...no big loss.

You clearly have a shallow understanding of cause and effect!

Hoax videos do make it hard to do real research. You end up wasting 95% of your time looking at garbage. But "orb" sightings with no plausible explanation happen quite frequently all over the world.

yep, the more orbs one has seen, the more understanding. like when my son and i were hunting in east texas, we saw driling rigs all aound the highway on the way down there, and then at three thirty in the morning i could see strang lights and floating and expanding lights at a previously un seen driling rig, maybe three miles away. i just happened to be sleeping with my binoculars...that was easy, i could see some stuff! probably a fake driling rig...

and then from my sons house, i could always spot strange sights( his house was down in a pocket in the trees), and then the time i saw an orb leaving dallas off the wingtip of an md80, on the standard terminal departure route, i wanted to yell to my son on the other side of the yard, but something kept me weak and uninterested in alerting him to look up till a minute later, we could still see it far off. it was 400 fet off the wing tip traveling about twice as fast as the jet...i knew about orbs after that!

I love how the majority of these vids have the horizon not at the horizontal...

The 'swooping' of the birds then just look like left or right movements...

They could be birds, with 1000 watt light bulbs strapped to their backs.

I've seen an "orb" myself. It was an extremely bright light, much brighter than aircraft lights and many times brighter than Venus. The object was initially motionless but the light seemed aimed at me in a beam, which is why it caught my attention. Since it was about 4AM I thought it might be a satellite in geostationary orbit and sunlight from over the horizon had just hit it. That thought didn't last long because after a while it started to move. It's hard to gauge distance at night but unless it was a lot closer than it seemed it must have been traveling at a phenomenal speed, then it just faded out and disappeared. Was dead silent at that time of day/night too and I didn't hear any noises.

Though I'm now an atheist, I read a fair amount of the Bible in my youth, and I couldn't help but think about the star of Bethlehem. Some UFO researchers even speculate the Book of Ezekiel is the first recorded alien abduction. If I lived 2000+ years ago and had no concept of modern technology, I wonder how I would have recorded such events. One of the arguments debunkers frequently make is there were no reports of UFOs in the 1800's. In fact, you can find reports of "mysterious airships" from that era. Hot air balloons and similar dirigibles were the only frame of reference people of that time had. Even earlier sightings were described as "wheels in the sky" and the like. You have to put these things in the context of their time.

If you were to go back in time you would find that there were/are thousands of important ovni sightings in mexico. The Mexican government have been aware of visitation for years, Its suprising what a little research will bring up. Its not just the US that focuses heavily on our galactic neighbours.
