Let me proclaim what the majority are thinking:

"Birthers" have to be the most pathetic, decadent, outdated, immoral and the most stupid (and lazy) racists I have ever met. Is it, somehow, a non-American feature to have a great wanderlust and be educated in a foreign country? Is his suave and elegance a sign he isn't American

Please, my dear "Birthers", do not speak again. You are literally wasting oxygen.

When the conservative elite of ATS pay no attention to this subject, it is obvious even they think it's BS.

For the record, I don't support Obama. I happen to disagree with his policies not the colour of his skin (unlike some members)

The only pathetic, decadent, outdated immorality and stupidity comes from those who have no wish to know who the most powerful man in the world is, or how a self confessed drug addict could even be allowed near a position whereby he could press that little red button and kill us all, or send thousands of soldiers to their deaths in wars.
The only decadent stupidity was voting in someone of his ilk in the first place and then not requiring any evidence of eligibility, but accepting the word of a website when millions accept that what is on that website is not proven.
The only stupidity is coming from those who believe the words of ‘authority,’ when not realising that ‘authority’ is the exact same as you and I (except much richer and more corrupt), and are about as efficient as a normal person working in a shop or an office. They also know about as much as you or I, so why anyone holds them up to be bastions of truth, honesty and experts in document fraud is beyond me.
The ONLY racism is coming from those who shout ‘racist’ as they are the only ones referring quite inaccurately to the man’s ‘black’ skin, and as he has a white mother allegedly, then he is not really black at all. But regardless of semantics, you cannot call anyone racist who has not referred in any way to his race or skin colour, now can you? To do so would be to show a level of ignorance that is truly startling.

I'm not sure I understand all of what appears to be a question about his mother, being his mother. Would you call into question someone who might have been there at the time of his birth? Would you call into question someone who might know who the doctor is/was who delivered him? You probably would because you are bent on believing he was not born in the United States, no matter what evidence you had presented to yo u.

I feel sorry for Obama. I can imagine how he must feel.

Last week I was pulled over by a cop. He said I was doing 50 in a 35, and asked to see my driver's license. I explained to him that he was a city cop and had no right to see my state issued license. Well, this guy was as persistent as any birther. He told me that I had to have a license in order to drive. I explained to him that I had a license, he just wasn't allowed to see it. As proof, I showed him the receipt from the DMV where I had paid for the license. But in typical "licenser" fashion he insisted on seeing the actual driver's license.

Currently, I'm looking for a high price lawyer willing to work pro bono to have the whole thing thrown out of court. Obviously, the guy was a racist and was jealous of my '91 Trans Am GTA. And since I labeled him as a racist as well as a "licenser", he must be wrong about everything, including the speeding ticket.

Apparently, I am racist for ignoring his white mother? How absurd. Shall I quote statistics because those of mix race suffer the most when it comes to racialist prejudice. But, alas, that is beyond the level of intelligence that you are capable of achieving. After all, you mention "black skin" - I didn't.

Why is Obama the only politician birth place questioned? Could it really be the frustration of a certain minority (paranoid, low educated, bigoted, white underclass*) disliking the majority of Americans feeling race is irrelevant?

Therefore, the British would have the birth certificate and documentation under the ancient colonial children act. The young of Obama would've been a British subject because Kenya was not independent from British rule.

Yes, we know, it was covered last year in many threads. As you seem unversed in all this, Factcheck announced a long time ago that he was born a British citizen. You were saying about investigation……..?

Berg is not credible, as evident from his mistakes in past court cases.

He claimed Obama was an indonesian citizen due to his supposed adoption when:

A) the laws of indonesia at the time prohibited automatic adoption to those foreign children over the age of 5, having resided less than 5 years in the country. Obama could not have been adopted under Indonesian law at the time, but Berg failed to check this out.

B) Berg claimed that only Indonesian citizens could attend public school when the Indonesian constitution made no such restrictions, instead only made school education a right for citizens, not restricted to citizens.

Berg also claimed Obama's paternal grandmother stated he was born in Kenya when:

A) She clearly stated in the audio tape he was born in Hawaii, and that his father, Barack Obama, was born in Kenya

B) That she was Obama's fathers former third step mother that Obama does not know personally.

C) That the audio tape itself had not been authenticated to prove this was actually the grandmother, so anybody can just go out, get a Kenyan on a audio tape to make such a claim, and then claim it to be the presidents relative.

Berg also made the claim that Obama's short form birth certificate was a fake, but failed in his lawsuit to:

A) Produce the real experts with real names and Hawaiian officials to back up his claims it was fake.

B) what in no way qualified to make the judgement that it was a fake.

Claimed Obama had to have used his Indonesian passport to gain entry into Pakistan because of the travel ban when:

A)There were no travel bans to US citizens entering Pakistan so he could by all means use his US passport.

I mean, there is a tonne of garbage lying around from this man. It ranges from his misquoting of laws and constitutional ammendments to making accusations without the relevant evidence to back it up with.

But you trust this man anyway right? His credible to you? I wonder how you came to that conclusion. One would figure credibility would be thrown out the door when somebody makes such inaccurate accusations.

Yes! Its like a relative comparison to congress requisting to see identification before they confirm an individual as president. Fortunately Obama followed that through! He was confirmed eligible vai constitutional guidelines on December 15th 2008. Now if Obama had done the same as you had done in your little story there, congress would not have confirmed him!

Well im afraid your lawyer will not be able to work pro bono as there is evidence you refused to abide by the law.

However, if somebody accused me of being a lizard man hidden under skin, with no evidence, I won't really need a lawyer in anycase as there would be nothing to prove as such. Even if I had a lawyer to deal with this accusation, the charges would be dropped before I would even need to be defended! So no cost there!

Come on now! Give us more examples!
