Seriously people, stop saying that people should know their rights better or whatever. Why should they, they are born a human, and TPTB are also born human. What makes them so special that they have to sit on their chairs and tell their fellow human beings what rights they have and what to do?

Seriously, we dont need anyone to give us rights, in fact, the word rights pisses me off.
Its kinda like that one word that exists so you can know that there are many things you can not do because you are not supposed to.

We are humans, we have all the freedoms of the world, even if the government and other crazy power-hungry people tell us we dont.

The words rights and liberties are words designed to trick you.

Real freedom is freedom without anyone or anything or any entity setting any restrictions on you.

What the world needs is organized anarchism. And no, that does not make it a form of government.

The human race would die under anarchism. See the race riots, or hell any riot when law and order don't exist? How about the wars in Africa? We'd be done by the decade.

And what the hell is 'organized anarchy'? If it's organized, you have a structure. You have a pace, an order. Therefore, it is NOT anarchy

Ok, so we will always have to live under some restrictions right? Im not saying eradicate government, although I did actually say this, I only said it because apparently any form of government always fails anyway.

And can we not have a good economy under anarchy? Its a little hard to comprehend but come on.

Also, why is it that when people talk about anarchy, everyone assumes that people will be running around killing people and stealing #? Seriously man, come on now, thats seriously some bs right there.

One can say that these words are just more tricks...
Perception could perhaps one day destroy convention and we can all understand that anarchy is the true formal organization? ..

OK , thats it ! You have no Right to say such things ! .........

I imagine that most folks can discern right from wrong and when they see a silly unjustified law that takes away your rights they simply ignore it. As for riots etc because of anarchy i think the vast majority of people know what is needed for a society to be stable and evolve. While others would try to sow the seeds of chaos most people would band together to stop that at the local level. Countries in Africa is not a good comparison as to what would happen as that is a complex issue not rooted in what we are discussing.

The biggest bully wins.

I watched a movie the other day:
I think you and everyone should watch it: "The Road"
actually scary to think of things getting like this, and makes you think.
So live life with love and die with that, least you become the monsters.

The only rights I ever hear I have is a warning - You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law, you have a right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights?

followed by a nightstick ~ clunk

What a sham.

Legit, you are all together right in your assumptions, (notice how I use that word right? I suppose I could say you were all together legit in what your pimpin', however...), it is in your assertions that you go wrong. First, the word "right" to describe the natural and inalienable freedom to act in certain ways, is the perfect word for it, and it wasn't created by some nefarious "powers that be" designed to "trick" people into believing a lie. The word is used to describe inalienable actions, because those actions would be correct and just. It is right to speak freely, although it is not right to harm others with that speech. Slander or libel is not a right, it is wrong. Crying out "fire" in a crowded movie theater is not right, it is wrong. Wrong because that action would incite a panic and create more damage than a reasonable and just, or if you will a right way to speak, would.

You are, however, very right to say that we don't need anyone to give us rights, and no one can. Rights are simply those actions that are the correct way to act. We do not have the right to stand at the brink of a precipice and leap off of it and expect to soar where only eagles dare. Gravity says we don't have this right, and that is the law. So too, we can not use our freedom of will to speak lies about another in order to cause them harm. The law, once again, says we can't do this. Not some man made law, created by some lofty soul who sits in his or her chair and deems it so, but because it is self evident that such an action is wrong.

Because we lived in a closed system in this universe that comes with certain physical laws that restrict our actions, we do not have freedom as you have defined it. The freedom you speak of is an ideal, and ideals by definition, are not real. If they were real, they would no longer be ideal. Restrictions is just a part of the game, and it is knowing how to be free within those limitations, that leads to victory.

I agree with you that the false assumption that anarchy would lead to anymore chaos than what we deal with now is faulty reasoning. To fail to realize that chaos is all too prevalent under our current system of governments is problematic. To argue that anarchy would lead to murder and theft is to ignore the tragic reality that murder and theft are all ready here, and we need no leader to take us there. We are there all ready.

Further, it is arguable that systems such as capitalism are forms of organized anarchy just as you are calling for. It is also arguable that the Constitution of the United States, was intended to establish a limited government, in order to ensure that people could govern themselves and such a system when functioning under those parameters, would be a form of organized anarchy.

Anarchy has become a pejorative to a populace too easily indoctrinated by propaganda. Self government is the closest we can ever come to freedom. It will not allow us to leap buildings in a single bound, run faster than a locomotive, or stop bullets, but it will give us a measure of satisfaction that makes our right to life and liberty easier to pursue happiness.

Hey, you sound kind of grumpy.

You are probably more evolved than most!

Scientific evidence proves grumpy people are more evolved-

Grumpy people are more advanced on the evolutionary scale!

Everyone has all the rights they DEMAND that they have! Kind of grumpy sounding isn't it?

Because human nature is evil. People are greedy and violent. Look at the many tests like the Ashe Conformity Test, Good Samaritan Experiment, Bystander Apathy Experiment, Stanford Prison Experiment, Milgram experiment and more. Honestly, with our levels of rage in this country, the MOMENT law was gone, you'd have people killing people they hated.

Good economy under anarchy would also be impossible. You'd have CEOs being able to do what they want- like they do now. Anarchic capitalism falls apart.

Anything can be used for good and evil, because people are evil. We are greedy, selfish, arrogant, violent. Everything can be good and evil at one point, no avoiding it. It depends on the public and the individuals.

So...what, now I'm a puppet of TPTB?

Wow, people need to read my posts more. Can you all honestly say you've NEVER had the urge to hit someone but didn't because of consequences?

This kind of simple truth not only gets my flag but it also is exactly how I feel. They can not take or give something they never had in the first place. This is where true liberty lives and it also exactly what some of the founding fathers felt. You would have fit right in with them and that is some good company.

I agree we have "natural rights" as human beings. HOWEVER, if we had failed to enumerate them in the bill of rights do you think we would still have any of them today?
I'm not defending government, they're like A-holes, they stink but we still need them because some people refuse to recongnize the natural rights of others.

It's true.

Each and every human being is born fundamentally 100% free to do whatever they want within the laws of physics and the natural universe. Authority is an illusion that helps support the hierarchy of our man-made society.

It bothers me when people say rights are God given. No they are not. If God had given a right to equality then there would be no way for humans to be intolerant or prejudice. If they were God given and Universal they would be just that and they wouldn't need to be amended or artificially created.

At the base level each human being is a 100% free organism, authority is an accepted thing, it doesn't truly exist. Now power can truly exist, someone can have power over you if they are bigger or stronger or you give them power over you by electing them or buying into the illusion of their authority.
