3. Even more interesting is the influence this man and his family had in New Zealand:
"Just last month one of the family's investment companies, Burnie Hospital Limited, agreed to a $52 million deal to sell the North West Regional Hospital in Burnie to the Tasmanian Government.
The Rockefeller family owned the hospital, built for $26 million in 1994, and leased it to the Tasmanian Government. Over the past 16 years, the family has reaped an estimated $90 million in lease fees on the site. The 25-year deal was worth $125 million in total - so extravagant the Tasmanian Government finally sought to buy its way out of the contract."

The article explained that pretty well, or did you miss it?
The family relationships are in business relations.
Some think they are too coincidental for them not to be related?
Do you know if they are or are not related genetically? I don't.
Swinger link to Herman Rockefeller murder
By Adam Shand, Sue Hewlett and Ellen Whinnett From: Sunday Herald Sun January 31, 2010 12:00AM
THE secret double life of Herman Rockefeller - a mystery girlfriend, five secret mobile phones and a connection to Melbourne's swingers scene - may to have led to the multi-millionaire's brutal death.
Human remains found in the backyard of a run-down Housing Commission home in suburban Glenroy, Victoria are thought to be those of the 52-year-old millionaire, who disappeared nine days ago.
The married father of two, who had a string of successful companies and drove an environmentally-friendly Toyota Prius, had appeared to the outside world to be an average, albeit mega-wealthy, suburban dad and husband
.But police investigations have revealed that he led a secret double life - and had allegedly met the two people charged with his murder through an internet site for swingers, or people who swap sexual partners.
Bernadette Denny, 41, and Mario Schembri, 57, will appear in court tomorrow charged with murdering Mr Rockefeller.
A police source said no further charges or arrests are expected to be made in relation to the murder.
