Here is a formula.

Step one...Remove currency-

No currency=No status

No status=No greed

No greed=No stress

No stress= More focus

More focus= more action

More action=more change

Its hard to make a change in the world, when we are constantly trying to reach the next status level. Status is a both a product and a symptom of being self-absorbed.

But if distractions are removed from our lives, and the illusion of status, we could start worrying about each other.

Not only that, but we would notice more of the things that are wrong with the world. We could focus on ideas, instead of being concerned with our next purse, next outfit, next car, next house, next tv show.

I agree with you about status and its problems. Not sure you can remove currency, though. After all, there will always be necessities that we will need, and bartering is about the only way to get it.

I don't think we can make the world a better place, to be honest. I mean, we can do things as individuals to improve things around us, and eventually those tiny ripples will impact more and more. But I think there will always be pain, strife, etc. because that is the way we experience Life. If all we experience is "good," then how do we know what good is?

Or maybe its just been a REALLY long day at work and I need a nap and you should just ignore everything I just typed. Sigh.

Step 2

Do not let anyone feel they are MORE powerfull THEN THE NEXT INDIVIDUAL and as soon as anyone begins to feel like they are higher then the next decapitate and set example and keep it moving.

Eliminating:

LAND BORDERS
TECHNOLOGICAL BORDERS
EVIL DICTATORS WHO MAY TRULLY BE SICK IN THE MIND
ANY TYPE OF POWER DRIVEN MANIACS

Sadly I doubt it will be a better place, there has and always will be a rich poor devide and until we can get rid of greed theres no hope of it ever changing.

Greed is the key get rid of it and we could see serious change in the world.

Wipe out mankind. or, spend incomprehensible amounts of time with pure patience directed towards preventing every single human being from indulging in self pity/diversion/dreams/gluttony, etc when the going gets tough. Manual hijacking of the human body by an unbiased robot matrix making everyone construct a world unconsciously that promotes the highest possibility of ____ desired version of utopia. Resume normal function.

Stop crows from crowing in my backyard would be a nice first step.

"caw caw caw!"

translation:

"I'm anoying you because i think you look like edgar allan poe spliced with a HAWK or some sh*t!

...die! die! die! Mf-er!"

The first thing will be to remove intolerance for those who are different. We don't embrace diversity unless it is within our own parameters. Sure, we're all for the 'melting pot' so long as it's "within reason."

Stop disliking people because their skin is a different colour.
Stop disliking people because they believe in a different fairytale.
Stop disliking people because they think differently.
Stop disliking people because they act differently.
Stop disliking people because you don't like they way they prepare food.

There are bad guys in every culture. There are bad guys in every religion.
Let's stop using the exceptions as the stereotype.

Oh, and let's stop hitting each other with things and breaking stuff and throwing stuff because we want/don't want/like/don't like their stuff/ideas.

Couldn't agree more. And sometimes that bad sure does seem overwhelming......

But then there's CHOCOLATE. That helps.

And remembering we're all in it together. Or similar cliches.

I believe that we are slowly starting to become a better place...

It will get alot better quicker though when people start to value relationships and values over money and material possessions.

As long as those are the main drives behind society, there will always be many problems.
