Well, this is just something that had happened to me in the morning when I was going back to sleep.

I fell asleep and sometime during that I woke up with my eyes still partially closed, I could only see a thin sliver of light.

I felt this heavy wind blowing all around me and this just overbearing fear as to what was happening. I didn't have my fan on and it doesn't ever blow that hard if it was on. I tried to assess what was going on, but I didn't have a clue, but then I feel back into sleep.

Somebody, tell me what that was?

*If it helps, I don't know though, the night before I was looking up on astral projection, but didn't do anything or meditation.*

That was called a dream. Dreaming that you are awake is not that uncommon; And you only dreamed you fell back to sleep.

Is it not reasonable that if you were awake and actually experienced the "wind" you would have got up and investigated?

Well, i guess my gut reaction would say did you have a dream? if not, there is always the explination that when you wake up, and doze back off, you have a high chance of having a OOBE or something along the lines of one due to you still being in sleep paralysis. My 2 cents on that, hope it helped.

I was sure I was awake, and I tried to move, but I hardly could do much but wiggle my toes lol maybe sleep paralysis but I chalked it up to me being very afraid at the time

Sleep paralysis with a little OBE mixed in with it. You're not the only one who has experienced this, though, I have too. Quite a cool experience, I think.

Who knows what that was, but if you think it was sleep paralysis, your description of the event would be very much appreciated here:

Unusual Sensory Experiences (University of Waterloo)

(BTW, "sleep paralysis" is actually just a descriptive term for a surmised condition, and it's far from being a frequent occurrence in any individual's life. I mean, many people supposedly experience it, but very rarely in their lifetime.)

This site is owned by the government? - I suggest you check around a bit.

Maybe you will might find people here from many nation states - does this mean the site is owned by many governments?

Or maybe only the government you want to fear? - ohh its the big scary GOVERNMENT - try to be a bit more specific if you want to be apropos of nothing to an op please - at least give them that honour.
