U.N. Considers Charging Israel with War Crimes

Israel is likely this week to refute a United Nations report accusing it of having committed war crimes in Gaza.

The New York Times has said Israel will list what it will refer to as the essential flaws and biases against Israel.

The Israeli explanations against assertions made in the Goldstone Report will include the reason behind the offensive in the Gaza Strip and the difficulties in fighting against a terror organisation that operates inside civilian homes, schools, hospitals and UN facilities.

Well, this goes hand in hand with my report on Israel's genocidal assault on GAZA. Now the U.N. intends on pressing charges against Israel.

Israel, as usual, states that it will refute the claim and give reasons for their actions however I don't think that the reasons for some things will be clearly defineable, such as Israel's theft of body part from the battlefield casualties, or the use of anti personnel cluster munitions in highly populated areas.

And then there's evidence that Israel used White Phosphorous munitions and ordinance against civilians too. This should be an interesting developement to watch!

What would be neat is a total economic blocus on Israel. That's what they deserve anyway. But it would punish the innocent people in Israel... I say capture the civilian and military leadership and give them life in jail.

and this is the second..... It's NEVER going to happen, its not politically correct to Blame Isreal for anything,so they won't.

I think they are kind of ignorant at the UN. Every single charge will be vetoed by the US. This is a mission impossible until the US changes its policy and that aint gonna happen anytime soon.

I think if anyone were to be tried for war crimes maybe they should maybe start with Tony Blair and Bush?

Do you know anyone personally who was killed because of their lies to start a war? Tell that to someone who either lost a friend or relative in 911 or maybe to a child who`s mother or father was killed in a war that shouldnt have ever started.

Why blame Bush? Presidents do not control the US, private corporations do. What would charging Bush for warcrimes accomplish? He is nothing but a scapegoat for the rich who profited even more from his wars.

As for Israel, obviously they should be charged but they probably won't, not with US veto power in the UN security council.

You're silly. Convicting them of war crimes IMPLIES that they gonna have a trial. DUH. Rule of law ftw.

And yeah, Blair and Bush, the entire Trilateral Commission and the entire Bilderberg group should also be tried for war crimes.

...and hang right after on world tv.

This is absolutely outrageous, everyone knows the Jews are God's chosen people and can do no wrong.

The UN out to be ashamed, the Jews have every right to cheat, lie, steal, commit war crimes and atrocities, commit any outrage against humanity they damned well please.

To claim otherwise is just antisemitism.
