When they demand...you'd better obey!

So this is an older video and probably seen by many but I haven't seen it here, so I'll not ruin it completly but it only takes this officer 45 seconds to draw down on (the driver)and use his taser. Was it warranted? You decide...hmm might be a warning to use a bit of caution when running late for work or something, wouldn't wanna get stoped by this man.
