Slime Mold Beats Humans to Perfecting Traffic Networks

Darn, yet another organism more effecient than humans!

Since the best city planners around the world have not been able to end traffic jams, scientists are looking to a new group of experts: slime mold.
That's right, a species of gelatinous amoeba could help urban planners design better road systems to reduce traffic congestion, a new study found.

Once again, nature provides the answer

Personally, I think we could solve alot of our problems by observing nature.

I've been putting a lot of research into what is called AGI system, or "Artificial General Intelligence". Basically its a computer that thinks like a human. But as it turns out, if you take any one specific problem its almost always better solved by a system dedicated to solving that one problem.

Just like computers can solve calculations at nearly the speed of light and just like slime mold can solve traffic congestion.

It really makes me believe that the stories about AI taking us over at some point just may be true. Very scary, but won't stop me from trying to program AI every now and then in my spare time
