Crafty Casper the Cat will be greatly missed

A cat which became famous for catching the same bus every day for four years has been run over and killed - while crossing the road to catch its daily lift.

Thanks for posting this. I remember reading about Casper years ago. What a lovable cat! This sucks that he had to die so unnecessarily. Too bad he was made to be an outdoor cat, such deaths are the fate of many outdoor pets in the city. What a waste. Poor cat only got four years of bus rides before getting tragically killed. Very sad indeed.

I once witnessed a dog getting hit by a car that escaped from his owner's back yard and I carried him home. He died in my arms on the way to his owner's house. I could barely read the name/address tag it was so scratched up from the collision. I can imagine from experience what this poor cat went through in his last minutes. In Pace Requiescat, Casper.
